We accept check, wire transfer, and credit card.
To pay by check, please make it payable to ChemPep, Inc., and send it to our mailing address.
To pay by wire transfer, please contact us for our bank information.
To pay by credit card, please call us or fax to us the following information: (1) card type, (2) card number, (3) name on card, (4) expiration date, (5) CVV number, (6) credit card billing address. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). You may use our credit card payment form (in PDF format).
   
Prices
& Payments Terms
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms are net 30 days. Overdue payments are subject to a
1.5% monthly service charge (18% annual).
For first time customers, full or partial pre-payment might
be required.
Shipping
ChemPep
Inc. uses priority overnight or 2nd-Day Federal Express (or
equivalent). We will pre-pay and add the shipping charges
to the invoice as separate items.
Bulk
Orders
A significant
discount will be offered for bulk orders or annual supply
contracts.
Warranty
& Returns
ChemPep
Inc. warrants materials to be of the stated quality at the
time of sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyers
to determine the adequacy of our products for any intended
or specific purpose. ChemPep Inc.'s sole obligation
is to replace the material up to the amount of the purchase
price. This warranty applies only to products in original
container and does not apply to a product which has been tampered
with or altered in any way or which has been misused or damaged
by accident or negligence. All claims must be received in
writing (by fax) within 30 days from the date when products
arrived at the customer's delivery location and failure to do so shall
constitute a waiver by buyer for any and all such claims.
Prior authorization by ChemPep Inc. is required for all items
to be returned. A twenty (20) percent restocking fee applies to all returns.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders
arising hereunder may be changed or amended only by written
agreement signed by both Buyer and ChemPep Inc., setting forth
the particular changes to be made and the effect, if any,
of such changes on the price and time of delivery. Buyers
may cancel an order only by providing actual notice to ChemPep
Inc. prior to the start of production. Cancellation of an
order during production shall result in a charge of forty
(40) percent of the cost of the original order. Upon completion
of production for an individual product, NO cancellation of
an order shall be allowed.
Hazardous
Chemicals & Liability
All ChemPep products are sold for Research & Development use only. They are NOT intended for drug, household or any other uses. All products must be handled by professional staff or qualified individuals experienced in handling potentially hazardous chemicals. We will reject orders from private individuals not affiliated with an organization. We reserve the right to insist on a written order and/or references before proceeding with an order. The buyer may be asked to provide a written assurance that products not be purchased/resold for an improper use.
